Little motel with a retro vibe. We bought the Reno Motel in May 2018 & have been working on improving & refreshing it ever since. We have 3, 1 bedroom units with kitchenettes & seating areas, 1 King Studio, no kitchen, 2 units with full kitchens & two beds. Covered outdoor seating in front of each room, large grass area with tables & seating, BBQ area, games. Pet Friendly. WiFi. Plenty of parking & right in town. Upgrades will be continuing. 25 minutes from Nelson & Whitewater Ski Resort, 20 minutes from Backcountry skiing on Kootenay Pass. Salmo is the Hub of the Kootenays, with lower priced accommodation than Nelson. Come and enjoy little Salmo.
