Sep 13, 2019: “This resort is pushing the scene for biking and skiing. Its currently home to the longest flow trail in the world, 5620. As the name implies it's 5620ft to the bottom. The typical lift fee is $35 but the super friendly reception only charged us $22!
2 gondolas later you arrive at the midway point up the mountain with fantastic views. So if you're just interested in a beer /snack, then you can take the gondola back down again.
OR you can do Stoke Climb to the top of 5620 and hit 209 berms and countless tabletops and jumps for 1.5h! You must be fit and bring enough water for this trip. It's not even close to as extreme as Mt Cartier but be smart. The climb took us 1.5h at a 10% grade incline, and if you're from the prairies like us, your heart and lungs will perceive that!
The climb is 7kms and 569m elevation change, and really weeds out the Joey's who just want to rip downhill. It truly feels like an accomplishment. Most of the hardy bikers from around NA go straight to beer, even though you have ideas of doing this twice in 1 day lol, it's quite rare. Whole trip took us 2.5-3h.
Would do it again in a heartbeat.” 0

Aug 18, 2019: “We got there at about 9:30 a.m. and there was already a 2.5 hour wait for the coaster. We took the second gondola up and went hiking. Breathtaking views and we didn’t even get to the sub peak. Took the coaster on the way down. It was a lot of fun. You’re in complete control of the speed the entire time. Very friendly staff. Overall, great morning spent at the resort. ” 2
