The Lund Resort at Kla ah men is the first full-service Indigenous boutique resort on the Sunshine Coast of BC and named most Outstanding Indigenous Accommodations by Indigenous Tourism of Canada. Gateway to Desolation Sound. The 31-room hotel originally built in 1905 offers re-imagined guest rooms and public areas including restaurant, pub & outdoor patio called the Back Eatery, and a re-brand showcasing the Tla’amin Nation culture and spirit. Amenities include Indigenous elements of local artisans’ work adorning walls in the lobby, public hallways, and guest rooms through to the banquet room and dining outlets. On-site art & gift gallery, Sweet Shack latte bar and gift store, general store, liquor store and 13 Moons Marina. Free kayaks, bikes and SUPs.
